Let's All Gentrify Like It's 1899

Let's All Gentrify Like It's 1899 is an animation of the change in landscape of London's Shoredtich neighbourhood. What was once brickfields became one of the most notorious victorian slums, knocked down to make way for London's very first social housing- the Boundary Estate. A large percentage of the estate was sold off during 1980's and you can now own a piece of London social housing history for a mere £700,000 (starting value for 2 bedroom flats on the estate in 2016).
